When you arrive at Schiphol Airport there are multiple ways to get to Amsterdam City Centre and to your hotel.

Train
The train departs 6 times per hour and takes about 15 minutes to reach Amsterdam Central Station from Schiphol Airport. Tickets are available at the NS ticket machines (identified by ‘traintickets’) and at the NS Tickets & Services at Schiphol Plaza. These machines accept VISA, Mastercard and cash. A ticket will be € 4,20, one way.

Taxi
Taxi’s are available at Schiphol Airport. Follow the signs at the terminal to get to the taxi’s. Please note that you have to pick an official Schiphol taxi.
The taxi will be around € 50,-.

Public Transport in Amsterdam
To get to the hotel you can either take a taxi or travel with public transport. Information regarding public transport is available at the VVV (tourist information). To get to the tourist information you have to cross 'Stationsplein' (see image below). Tickets for the tram are available at the entrance of the tram. Tickets for the subway are availiable at the ticket machines at the entrance of the subway. A ticket for an hour (tram and subway) will cost € 2,90 and will bring you wherever you want to be in Amsterdam.
